The process


100% Natural sourced
from a single-family farm.

First, olives are hand-picked. Which are harvested at their peek ripeness from our family trees and run through a grading machine to remove leaves and other natural debris.

Next, they are machine washed before entering a grinding machine to be cold pressed below 25°C. This crushes the olive fruit and pits into a paste.

The oil is immediately sealed in storage containers at the source away from light to filter naturally for 40 days. Finally, the flavorful rich olive oil is individually bottled and sealed for our customers.
